We send you an email as soon as your package is dispatched, with a link allowing you to track its journey. You can also access the delivery tracking for your current order at any time in your “My Account” area, via the “Orders” section > “My order tracking”. Simply click on this section to access the details of your latest order and your package number. Another click on this package number will allow you to track the status of your delivery on the relevant carrier’s website. This way, you will know the real-time status of your delivery. <\/p>\n

If you have chosen Colissimo, the package is delivered to your home. If you are absent when the postman or delivery person calls, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. All orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday inclusive, are processed on the same day. This means they are picked, checked, packed, franked, and handed over to your chosen carrier (e.g., Colissimo or Chronopost). <\/p>\n

Orders placed after 1 PM are prioritized and processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n
