How Do I Create My OH Selection Account?
To create an account, simply click on the “login/register” icon at the top right of your screen when you are on the OH Selection website.
Is it Necessary to Create an Account to Place an Order?
If you wish to place an order, you may do so freely without the obligation to open a personal account.
What are the Benefits of Creating an Account?
By creating an account, you will become part of our customer database and receive all our promotional offers by email. Furthermore, when placing orders, you will save time as all your information will already be saved.

How Do I Place an Order?
Step 1: Browse our catalog and explore at your leisure through the different categories by using the search engine or via the sections we offer: “WATCH STORAGE”, “TOOLS AND WINDERS”, “WATCH STRAPS”, “FASHION STRAPS”, “ACCESSORIES”.
Step 2: Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to cart”.
Step 3: Follow the instructions and click on the “Your order” button.
Step 4: Then fill in your details, choose your delivery method and payment method, and finally click on the “pay” button.
How Do I Order a Model if it is Marked as out of Stock?
If a model is indicated as out of stock, click on the “Notify me when back in stock” function on the product page, and you will receive an email notification once the item is available again.
– Cancel My Order:
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you simply need to send us a cancellation request email within the legal timeframe, i.e., 14 days after receiving your order.
– Track My Order:
How Do I Know where My Package is?
We send you an email as soon as your package is dispatched, with a link allowing you to track its journey. You can also access the delivery tracking for your current order at any time in your “My Account” area, via the “Orders” section > “My order tracking”. Simply click on this section to access the details of your latest order and your package number. Another click on this package number will allow you to track the status of your delivery on the relevant carrier’s website. This way, you will know the real-time status of your delivery.
What Happens if I Am not Home at the Time of Delivery?
If you have chosen Colissimo, the package is delivered to your home. If you are absent when the postman or delivery person calls, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and date of the visit, as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You must go to the indicated post office with the delivery notice left by the postman and a form of identification to collect it.

How Long Does it Take for My Order to be Shipped?
All orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday inclusive, are processed on the same day. This means they are picked, checked, packed, franked, and handed over to your chosen carrier (e.g., Colissimo or Chronopost).
Orders placed after 1 PM are prioritized and processed on the next business day.
You will be notified by email on the evening of dispatch and can track your delivery on the OH Selection website.

- Colissimo delivery within 24/48 hours to your home with insurance
- Colissimo delivery within 24/48 hours for collection at a Pickup point or Pickup station locker

- Free Colissimo delivery for purchases of €49 or more

OH Selection offers 2 payment methods:

The charge is made as soon as you have finalized your order.
How Do I Pay for My Order?
– As with any order, to proceed with payment, you will be asked to read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC).
– The amount of any order placed on OH Selection is debited upon confirmation of the order being processed.

Is it Possible to Pay in Installments?
No, it is not possible to pay in installments.
– Securing Bank Card Payments:
Is Bank Card Payment Secure?
Payment is fully secured thanks to our banking partner’s online payment system: PayPlug.
Your bank details only circulate on the Internet in encrypted form, meaning they are coded to make them completely unreadable. Furthermore, they will never be in our possession.
From a technical standpoint, the security system relies on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The encryption is fully supported by Ogone (Secure Internet Payment Service). USING a PROMO CODE:
How Do I Use a Promotional Code?
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at the time of purchase in the designated field. It is valid for the next order with no minimum purchase amount.
My Promotional Code is not Working?
Your promotional code cannot be combined with other codes. This is why it is not applied to your order. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND:
– Exchange Policy:
Can I Make an Exchange?
You may exchange any item that does not suit you within 30 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to exchange must be new and unworn, in their original, undamaged box. You may exchange them for a different size.
If the returned items were on sale or if you used a promotional code when confirming your initial order, you will receive the same discount for your exchanged order.
How Do I Make this Exchange?
Log in to our website via the “My Account” section > “My Orders”. Select the relevant order and click on “Make an exchange or request a refund”, then follow the instructions.
Your exchanged order will be shipped within 14 business days following the return of the items to stock.
Upon dispatch of your exchanged order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package tracking number.
– Item Return Policy:
Can I Return Items that Do not Suit Me?
All purchased products may be returned. Items must be returned to us new, unworn, and in their original packaging within 30 days.
How Do I Return an Item?
Step 1: Log in to the OH Selection website and identify yourself by going to “My Account”.
-Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return
-Click on “Make an exchange or request a refund”
-Select the product(s) you wish to return, and whether you want a refund (return within 14 business days), a credit note, or an exchange (return within 30 days).
-Indicate the reason for the return and confirm
Step 2: Print the prepaid label that covers shipping costs (Metropolitan France only).
Step 3: Prepare your package
-Place the items back in their original packaging before putting them in the package
-Stick the prepaid label on the package
Step 4: Drop off your package at a Post Office (You will therefore have nothing to pay at the Post Office when you hand over the package).
-You will receive a confirmation email once the returned package has been received
We will refund you within 10 to 15 business days following receipt of your return.
I Don't Have a Printer, What should I Do?
You can access your customer account from anywhere (work, internet cafe, etc.). If you have no means of printing the prepaid label, return the selected products by post to the following address:

Please remember to include your order number and your first and last name in the package.
– Cost of an Item Return:
How much Does it Cost to Return an Item?
Returns are completely free by using the prepaid label (See section above “How do I return an item?”)
If you have no means of printing it, the return will be reimbursed up to €10 in the form of a purchase voucher, provided you send us proof of shipping costs.
This policy is valid only for France. For all other countries, exchange and return costs are at your expense.
