How do I create an account?

Just click on the “Log In/Register” button at the top right of the page.

Can I order without an account?

Yes. There is no obligation to create an account.

What are the advantages of creating an account?

When you create an account, we add you to our mailing list for special offers. You’ll also be able to check-out faster on your next orders, as your info will already have been saved.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our different products using the search function or by clicking on the different categories in the “Boutique” menu.
  2. Choose the items you want to buy and click on “Add to cart”.
  3. When you’re done shopping, click on the shopping bag to review your chosen items and place your order.
  4. Enter your delivery address, delivery option, payment method and proceed to checkout.

What if the item I want is sold out?

Click on “Notify me when this product is back in stock”. We’ll send you an email as soon as the item you want is available again.

Cancel an order :

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to withdraw from your order, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Track my order :

How do I know where my order is?

As soon as your order goes out for delivery, we send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by going to “My Account”, then “Orders” and “Track my order” where you’ll find details of your last order and your parcel number. Click on the parcel number to go to the carrier’s website where you can track your order in real time.

What if I'm out when my order is delivered?

If you choose the Colissimo delivery option and you are out when the delivery is made, the driver will leave a card in your letter box indicating at which Post Office you can collect your parcel. Take this card and some photo ID when you go to collect your parcel.

How long before my order ships?

All orders placed before 1pm between Monday and Friday are processed and sent out for shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are given priority processing on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been handed over to the carrier, and can track your parcel on the OH Selection website.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by:

Your account will be debited when you confirm your purchase.

How do I pay?

Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to read and accept our terms and conditions.

The total amount for your order is debited as soon as your order has been accepted.

Sorry, we do not accept payments in instalments.

Is payment by bank card secured?

Payment is completely secure thanks to our online payment partner, PayPlug.

Your payment details are encrypted. We are never in possession of your payment details.

The secure payment system uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Encryption is by Ogone, one of Europe’s leading secure payment providers for online and distance selling, serving thousands of clients in 35 countries.

How do I use a promotional code?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :

Can I exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an item, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Items will only be exchanged if they are returned in new condition, unused and in the original, undamaged box with all accessories such as warranty card.

If the returned items were purchased at a discounted price or if you used a promotional code when making the purchase, the same discount will apply to the replacement item.

How do I exchange an item?

Log in to “My Account” and go to “My Orders”. Select the corresponding order, click on “Refund or Exchange” and follow instructions.

The replacement item will ship within 14 business days after the returned item has been put back into stock.

When the replacement item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I return an item?

You can return any item within 30 days. All items must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original, undamaged box with all accessories such as warranty card.

How do I return an item?

  1. Go to “My Account” and log on to your account:

– Select the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.

– Click on “Refund or Exchange”.

– Select the item(s) you wish to return, and indicate whether you would like a refund (return within 14 business days), a credit note or an exchange (return within 30 days).

– Indicate the reason for the return and confirm.

  1. Print the postage-paid label (mainland France only).
  2. Prepare the item(s) for return:

– Items must be replaced in their original box.

– Stick the postage-paid label on the parcel (mainland France only).

  1. Drop off the parcel at a Post Office.

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once we have received the returned items.

Refunds are made within 10 to 15 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

I don't have a printer

You can log on to your account from anywhere (workplace, internet café, etc.). If, however, you have no means of printing the postage-paid label, you can return items by post to the following address:

How much does it cost to return an item?

It’s free to return an item using the postage-paid label (see above, “How do I return an item?”).

If you cannot print the postage-paid label, please provide proof of postage costs and we will refund you up to €10 as a credit note.

Please note that this policy applies only to France. For any other country, the cost of returning an item or items for exchange or refund is paid by the customer.

LOCATION :

Where are the workshops held?

Our Paris workshops take place at our showroom at 48 Rue de Rivoli, where we have fully equipped workbenches.

We also run workshops in Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lille, Cannes and Lyon, and travel outside France to Geneva, Brussels and Luxembourg.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS :

How do I book online?

  1. To book a place at one of our workshops, go to “Workshops” at the top of the page.
  2. Choose the workshop, then select a date and time in the calendar. Click on “Book now” then “Your order” and confirm.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as payment has been made.

What are your cancellation terms?

Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days before the date of the workshop to be eligible for a refund.

REQUIREMENTS :

Do I need prior experience to take part in a First Time workshop?

Our workshops are open to all. No prior experience or knowledge of watchmaking is required.

Is there a minimum age?

The First Time workshop is open to participants from the age of 10.

Do I need to bring any special equipment or my watch to the workshop?

We provide all the professional tools required for the workshop, as well as the Swiss mechanical movement that you will take apart and reassemble.

ORGANISATION :

How long does a workshop last?

The First Time workshop lasts approximately four and a half hours.

What's the maximum number of participants?

Each workshop is for a maximum of 6 people. This is to ensure that the watchmaker-instructor can give everyone their full attention.

Are meals included?

Our workshops include a coffee when you arrive, and coffee and biscuits during the break.

CONTENT :

What does a First Time workshop include?

The workshop begins with an introductory talk, starting with a brief look at the history of watchmaking then identification of the different parts and their role in the movement. After the theory comes practice, when participants take apart, clean and reassemble a Swiss mechanical movement.

GIFT VOUCHERS & PRIVATE HIRE :

How can I give a workshop as a gift and what do I receive?

We’ve created gift vouchers as a simple way of giving one of our workshops as a gift. You have the choice of a First Time workshop in Paris, a First Time workshop in another French city, or a Master Time workshop. Find out more about our gift vouchers here.

We provide a printable voucher that you can give to the person in question.

Is it possible to book a workshop for a group?

Come with at least three people, and you can reserve a First Time workshop just for you on the date of your choice (weekday, weekend or evening). Contact us by email or telephone for full details.
